Our guest rooms exclusively occupy the upper floors of our home and all feature:
- en-suite (bathroom is connected to the room) & private bathrooms (you must step out of the room to the bathroom which is right next door but you are the only one using this private full bathroom)

- color cable televisions with remote control and over 60 free channel choices
- in-room coffee makers with complimentary coffee and tea
- top-grade queen size beds with freshly pressed 100% cotton sheets and cozy comforters

Maximum two persons per room in Standard and Deluxe rooms.
Travellers with U.S. currency are encouraged to change cash or traveller’s cheques to Canadian currency at a bank prior to arrival to get the best rate of exchange.
Cash, Traveller’s Cheques, Interac, Visa and MasterCard
(in the hosts’ order of preference) are accepted for payment.
Advance reservations are recommended and will only be held with a credit card or payment of the full stay sent by mail to be received within seven days of the reservation being made.
Check-in times are very flexible in order to help you get the most out of your time in Calgary. We do, however, ask that your arrival time be pre-arranged at the time of your reservation. Although we try to have our rooms available when you arrive they are not guaranteed to be available until 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am on the day of departure. Luggage can be stored at the Bed and Breakfast for late flights.
We are a completely non-smoking establishment, accepting adults only in Bed and Breakfast rooms. Children welcome in Apartment suites – please inquire.
Pets cannot be accommodated in Bed and Breakfast rooms however will be considered for extended stay apartments at an extra charge – please enquire.
Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we require notification at least seven days (standard & deluxe rooms) prior to the arrival date in regular seasons (30 days for the Alberta Apartment) and 60 days prior to arrival for Petroleum Show (early June each year) and Stampede (early July each year) or you will be charged for the full amount of your stay. We will make every effort to re-book rooms cancelled within these times and a full refund will be offered if we are successful. Stays shortened after arrival are subject to the same cancellation policies. We are as fair as possible for cancellations charges and ask that you keep in mind that we are a small establishment with limited rooms. Your short notice cancellation means that we have held 33% of our available inventory that may not be able to be rebooked on short notice.
