Step out side onto 8th Avenue Stephen Avenue Mall and find lots more shopping!
Market Mall
Market Mall offers services and amenities for the entire family to enjoy. With over 200 retailers and one of Calgary’s best time-out places — “Kids at Play”, you will enjoy the shopping and experience at Market Mall.
South Centre Mall
With a merchandising mix that incorporates an upscale fashion and home decor focus, Southcentre is home to exclusive marquee retailers Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, Bose, Disney. Other stores include Murale, Fossil, Roots, BCBG, Guess, Banana Republic, bo bebe, Twisted Goods, Coach, Cassis, Aeropostale, Aritzia, Blu’s, Sport Chek, The Bay and Sears.
Northland Village Mall
Northland Village Mall has the closest Wal-Mart and also offers Best Buy, Future Shop, Fabricland, Winners, along with a variety of independent and chain retailers.
North Hill Shopping Centre
Walking distance from A Good Knight Bed and Breakfast you will find Safeway Grocery Store, Sears, 24 hour Shopper’s Drugmart (drugstore), liquor store, and much more.
Cross Iron Mills
Whether you need sporting goods for the hockey season, toys for the kids or a new wardrobe for yourself, CrossIron Mills is sure to please. This exceptional shopping centre features a collection of 17 large-format anchor stores, more than 20 new stores to Alberta, and over 200 premium brands & great outlets.
Kensington
“Calgary’s Urban Village” offers shops, restaurants and services (there are about 250!) are a unique and complimentary collection of cheap to chic. It truly is possible to spend the day here enjoying our scenery and relaxing on our benches in the courtyards. The Kensington shopping area is walking distance from A Good Knight Bed and Breakfast. Watch for the Sun and Salsa Festival every year in late July.
Inglewood
Visit Calgary’s original main street! You will find restaurants, antique stores, one of a kind retailers including my favourite Canadian Artisan store “The Galleria”. Inglewood is just east of Fort Calgary.
Uptown17
Known for diversity in restaurants and foodservice, Uptown 17th Avenue is one of Calgary’s most popular destinations for amazing dining. Also has a variety of stores and business.
4th – the people street
Known as Calgary’s restaurant row, 4th Street boasts over 35 restaurants from countries all over in the world. In 13 short blocks we feature dining, shopping, entertainment, art, medical services, business services, and a hip young exciting energy. Home of the Lilac Festival in late May every year.
Marda Loop
The Marda Loop shopping district is lined with over 100 trendy shops and boutiques. Since 1984, Marda Loop has been a thriving destination for shopping, dining, health and wellness. Home of MARDA GRAS STREET FESTIVAL in August every year.
